It’s a clip from the Buddhism QnA stream. Albomulle Sumanasara Thero answered a question from viewers. (Thursday April 8th, 2021, at Gotami Vihara)
Q. In the online meeting for practicing meditation which was held other day, you taught us that all matters were based on the law of cause and effect.
But in your books and talks, you use two phrases, the law of cause and effect, and the law of cause and condition. I think cause and condition mean origin, outcome, and requirements.
But I feel like they mean the same thing. Could you please teach us the difference?

New books
◎His best seller became a pocket edition book! Wisdom belongs to the people who don’t get angry. Buddha, the wisest person in human history, completely denied anger. This book concisely explains the true meaning.
