1) Although it's possible to select the second part from the main menu, you cannot progress past the first room without the cartouche found during the preceding part.
2) You can't tell in the video, but there are currents above the grills in the water at 12:22.
3) I forgot to show it in the video before doing anything else, but it is the pulling of the lever seen at 22:36 that unfurls the bridge seen shortly afterwards. Also, there is a ladder on a pillar in that room which can be used in the event that you accidentally fall to the floor...
4) There are fully functional ladders on the pharaoh sculpture's headpiece at 42:38.
