I got married at age of 19. My husband 25. We grew up together. It was beautiful. But my daughters got married at age of 26 and 27. I couldn’t imagine to get them married at an age where they weren’t ready.
Hi! I really really love Wahaj, but I wanted to point out just one thing. When KMKT started, you made a point about Hania doing the same kind of role about troubled marriage before altering your views when the show progressed. By the looks of it, in SMD, Wahaj is once again playing the role of a man smitten in love and pining after a woman who is the centre of his world and nothing else matters. That is also type casting oneself. I wish you raised that point too instead of just swooning over the aesthetics, visuals etc, which undoubtedly is very good, and also once again, the chemistry.
Wahaj has appeared in 22 Qadam, Jurm, and Mein within past two years. All these characters were different, and even the drama genre was diverse. So he is not typecasted as you are trying to portray.
@@aamiaamizzz7070 I am sorry but 22 qadam and jurm were shot much much earlier and it was by chance that they were released now. That doesn't speak much about diversifying post shooting to superstardom. And in Mein too, his life did revolve around the actions of his two wives, having a very scanty agency of his own. Now this is my POV as a fan. You're free to disagree.
I am not excited for Sunn mere dil honestly KRQ dialogues have got tiresome and everyone being a philosopher is annoying. That will be a big part of it and theres always some mysogyny too. Wahaj and Maya def look stunning and visuals are great but Im not that excited by it because of the writing
almost every so called rich characters of pakistani drama owns that house and that annoy me. House plays vital role to develop emotions toward characters. For eg Arsal and Jiya's house, Mustafa and Sharjeena room they will always be iconic and labeled as their's only. also this house remind me of Meerab and Murtasim only. and now watching Wahaj in same house feels like he is Murtsaim/Zaid once again. despite being in different roles, watching Wahaj in same house again and again is pretty irritating.
Tbh sun mere dil looks typical geo show and now at that nobody is interested in krq long bewafai dialogues and wahaj has just become another feroze khan or danish taimoor same script not even bother to change his looks
Sun mera dil: I'm not excited at all. Bored of these Sanjay Leela Bansali style love stories, especially unrequited. Even SLB has moved on from them. There have been so many dynamic stories recently from Pakistan TV this feels out dated. Lets see 🤷🏻♀️
@@qudsiakhalid3614 sorry for having an opinion. I didn't know it was an obligation to watch before being allowed to comment on interests. But you of course are allowed to make assumptions on other people's preferences.
Zee TV bought its rights for India in 2022 and then got it banned in India. Now, producers can''t release it on OTT until it gets released in India. It"s has been almost 3 years now. Menawhile, India came up with many movies with stolen background score of Maula jatt ( animal), usage of gandasa and some scenes. Zee will most likely release it on OTT or in a couple of cinemas in Punjab, thus burying Fawad Khan forever.
The house is the Tere Bin house guys. Mein used Tere Bin house like all the Geo dramas do. So Aamna is right it is the Mir house as Wahaj posted pics with the owner
Honestly speaking, humay society main Hasan aur Amna jaisi soch rakhnay walay log chayee. You guys always put your words together in a very responsible and beautiful way. You guys are true to be a reflection of well brought up education and wisdom. ❤❤❤❤❤
Aamna & Hasan , thank you for talking about the Saba Faisal podcast and having a good open minded conversation about the irrelevance of age bracket in regards for getting married. From what I remember, she said something else in regards to feeling proud for having sons and not daughters
I am not interested in SMD after seeing the dragging of geo dramas like shiddat Jaan Nisar behad . In simple words I am not interested in any geo drama . They destroy each one of them by stretching it , doesnt matter soap or prime time.
Ateeqa odho is 56 years and fawad is 43 years old… so sad that women start playing mothers at such a young age! So Ateeqa odho was 43 when she played his mom!!! IMAGINE!!!
Very excited for Sun Mere Dil. Wahaj and Maya are both beautiful and look stunning together. Feeling the chemistry between them so far. Wahaj’s voice feels like it is custom made for these types dialogues. He blew me away with the way he delivered his lines. Cannot wait for this to start
Every character has its own demand. Wahaj played Zaid and saad according that situation. Saad was so much innocent character. And zaid was complex character. So wahaj played them well 💕.
Sorry but that dance sequence of maya and wahaj was so awkward. And their height difference is the main problem. They doesn't look good plus krq's dialogues .. I'm not interested. Krq means he'll butcher either female or male lead
Good luck Aamna. Have a safe trip. Wishing you guys get to plan a family holiday soon. Hats off to Hassan for his dedication towards Something Haute. Family weddings, Eid with family, family holidays in dubai or in the mountains this man never ever stops making videos. Well done Hassan. Keep up the good work.
I agree with Saba Faisal's point, as it highlights biological and psychological factors that shouldn't always be criticized. Many women today face infertility issues due to delayed marriages and aging. Having lived abroad, I’ve seen this firsthand. It’s important to acknowledge that men’s sperm count also begins to decrease after 40. Additionally, for professional women, relocating after 30 can be difficult, which makes marriage at that age more challenging. Therefore, what Saba said holds some validity.
got married at 33 husband also same age..separated at 40 file khula at 43 without child..husband and inlaws bullied me for my age, coloure height weight full lips acne marks etc etc..marriage gives me more trauma than not getting marry...😢
@@saadii9304 plz if u think of getting married again...chose non pakjstani muslim as a partner for u....pakistani men are raised by toxic pakistani moms which is the main cause of failed marriages...i will never choose pakistani man as my daughter's husband inshaAllah
If there is anyone comparable to Manto or Chugtai is the current day Pakistan Television industry, it will have to be Faseeh Bari Khan. His channel aptly/sarcastically named 'Kabar Khana' is filled with short films and series where one constantly ends up muttering 'Did they really say that?. The short 'Gulzar' is a masterpiece (don't tell Maria B please wink wink). 'Chintu ki Mummy' reminds me of those earlier John Water's 70 movies 'Pink Flamingos' and 'Female Trouble' etc. where the lines n situations were so outrageous, he had the Drag Queen Divine play the female characters. KRQ wrote amazing roles for women in his earlier dramas, so grey, complex and layered. Saba Qamar in 'Bunty I love you', Sumiya Mumtaz in 'Sadqe Tumhare', Ayeza Khan in 'Mere Paas tum hum ho'. Think after all the flak he got after the Marvi Sarmad incident and all his other sexist interviews, he started holding back. Now, his women are more on a pedestal instead of fully human. More 'Madonna' than 'Whore' (excuse the language).
I am eagerly waiting for Maula Jatt's release in India. I hope it releases in my city and I am able to watch it. Have waited so long to watch this movie.
Speaking of locations/ houses in dramas, it seems that when Noor Jahan ended, Ms Saba Hameed stayed behind in the same house for Ghair (the drama that has replaced Noor Jahan on Fri/Sat).
I Think Atiqa Odho pairing with Fawad khan is her own wish but she tries to put the words in other people mouth. Saba Faisal is a modern dakyanos phopho and Sass, sorry but her precious Interviews shows her menatilty.she is not an easy women to deal with😖
Sir you said Saad character/Muje Pyar hua tha Mai Wahaj ka character uthna strong nahi tha, but I feel, that drama reached audience bcz of that character and Wahaj took it to next level.. People remember and cherish that character!! People loved Saad as much as Murthasim, though it was not as stong and wild as Murthasim!
Please talk about the 2 day charity event that took place in london where ayeza khan, sarah khan, and kubra khan were invited. The backlash ayeza khan has received on her attitude towards the other 2 actresses and her choice of outfit.
One reason for not locating or writing a love story based in Mountains or Kashmir or North of Pakistan as Sunn Mere Dil? Imagine seeing trains, greenry, maybe a village with sandy vibes, main winters and snow. Geo can do that for sure, if Khaie can be shot there so why is it difficult to shoot on these locations or set the story there. I need more bigger production and shots, Blasts or fireworks, lots of cars, incredibly structured houses (the rich ones) and so much more! Then I can say, I'll be happy to see this epic love story
I dont remember it too well but i think early 2000's or late 90's there was a drama of savera nadeem called inkar. I think that story was about substance abuse.
Nadaan n Duniyapur seems more exciting dramas than Sun mere dil because they don't have same monotonous mohabbat story. I wanted Wahaj to do some different story like this.
Would have been fairer as journalists for you to review teasers of the other 8 pm dramas on Green as well. Watching them or not is a choice, but teaser reviews should be done equally for all until and unless biases come in between, which I feel shouldn’t.
I am excited for Sun mere dil but little scared/tensed as it is airing on Geo because GEO is expert on dragging 30 episodes drama to 50-60 episodes with lots of flashbacks and slowmotions
Ptv made a drama back in the year 2000 in collaboration with the Anti narcotics department called- Inkaar say no to drugs starring severa nadeeem, kashif Mahmood, arifa sidiqui etc.
Did Aamna and Hasan even talk about the paintings controversy? That the paintings were actually at Frere Hall and it was the Frere Hall management who stole the paintings from the artist? They did mention it in passing but I'm not sure if they discussed it at any length. And now here they are praising Frere Hall to the skies. What gives?
Did someone noticed a startling resemblance between the teaser of Nadaan to the indian movie Udta Punjab ! It seems like Ramsha is playing Kareena Kapoor’s character and Diljit’s role as a policeman is AAA. Even the dialogues that Ramsha has are the same that Kareena Kapoor had!
