@@pluto7280 There is a delete button on most keyboards. Usually above the arrow keys on a standard US keyboard. If you are on a laptop, it might be a "fn" key combo. I would suggest going into your hotkeys to bind a delete key to something easily accessible if you can't find it.

I played this guy today. I beat him to feudal age and got relic control with scout cavalry. When he found my scout cav camped out at the relics, he resigned. I should have roared back at him but I couldn't quite remember which LEL he was.
I used to save my sheep like journeyman did because i dident like killing them and wanted to keep them has pets. Another possibility is he thinks they fatten up like they do in aom
@@RobotShield Well, if memory serves, if you play AoE 3 and you pick Japanese, all you have to do is lure the sheep near a mill and they will start producing food. You don't even have to kill them.
Alternatively, he played Galactic Battlegrounds as a kid, and thinks that Animal Nurseries (garrisons herdable animals for a slow and steady food source that can be increased with upgrades) are a thing in this game.

I'd like to see an aoe2 game mode where: -There is no military -The goal is to gather as many resources as possible -The game is set on a time limit, ending the game at the end of the time limit Winner is whoever has the most resources by the end
Honestly Muffin's eco is pretty solid for 700 elo! Red simply should have looped around the castles, break the walls down and move the cav archers in the base. Probably would have been GG.

Theory: journeyman is an agr of mythology player and thinks it's the same in aoe. In aom, sheep/pig/cows start with 100 food and they get fat over time, getting to 200 food (numbers might be wrong, I haven't played it in a long time)
Stories from the front: Mostly because of T90 (and only a little because I have a weekly AOE2 game with friends), I started playing ranked 1v1 games. T90 said it wouldn't be so bad, and I thought "ok, I'll trust him". ... I AM BETRAYED! My ELO has sunk to 650 lightning fast, and I'm on a 12 game loss streak. I caught a couple of lucky wins @ ~850 ELO, because my castle score was pathetic, and they foolishly didn't attack me and let me go into imp. After that my strategy was "so stupid it worked". But that was just a lucky couple of games. Now, I'm just losing... over... and over... and over again. I can't wait until I get down to 350 and I can play against people at my own skill level...
Did you ever consider that they don't have spec chat for privacy reasons, i mean all games are visible live and you have to opt-out right? people don't think about this stuff getting broadcasted but it is. So that's why they didn't do it and never will

Some people play how they want because it’s fun and they don’t care to practice build orders and grind out wins on the ladder. Plus if we’re being honest, everyone knows it’s super easy to have your elo 100+ points above your actual skill level (looking at all the Franks pickers out there 11).
