What is randomized exactly?

These settings had all non dungeon items randomized, but you can also set it to where keys and dungeon items are also randomized

All chests and all items given by NPCs. Shops are not randomized besides the bottle merchant and King Zora. Boss rewards are randomized among themselves. Boss Heart Containers are shuffled among the normal items though.

If you mean the settings, it looks like a regular item randomiser in open mode with triforce hunt. No enemy randomiser, no keysanity or shopsanity, or anything like that. That's just from watching it, though.
