@@lewa3910 At first they showed her on a brown horse but I noticed they swapped it to a white horse part way through (Yay! Royal White Steed. So calling him Storm). I think we will have multiple color options like in BOTW & TOTK again. Also, your post specifically makes me hope to see Ricky the Kangaroo, Moosh the bear & Dimitri the Dodongo from Oracle of Ages & Seasons back again.
I love the blend of the Link's Awakening art style but with the interface/fonts etc of Breath of the Wild and Tears of the Kingdom. Ties everything together really nicely.
@@Callandor361 I wouldn’t quite call it an evolution, since it is literally the same art style. Expansion would be a more fitting word, since we’re seeing things never seen before in this artstyle.
Links awakening but with some very soft and simplified botw elements to it. I actually dig it! This might be the "freshness" I was looking for but totk failed to give me.
Wonder if there will be a group of boys that are all like "No girls allowed" to make up for the fact we can simply walk into Gerudo town in this game without scrutiny. Zelda may have to dress up as a boy to get in. (Sarcasm) She's totally never done that before. Oh hi Shiek, didn't see you there.😆
The bind stuff seems really similar to ultra hand no? And isn't this the first time we're seeing rock roasts outside of botw/totk? I feel like this has to be connected to those games.
Regardless of what the lore turns out to be, it probably has more to do with the fact that there's effectively only one Zelda team now (due to Nintendo division mergers) and they felt a strong impetus to make an "Open World 2D Zelda" using learnings from BOTW/TOTK. Wouldn't be surprised if the underlying code borrowed some systems from those games (the quest/crafting system they show in this trailer "feels" similar).
@@theimpostorafungus1213Why fix what isn't broke? The fact this is taking on a 2D Zelda style is enough to completely transform how the idea of a system like ultra hand or fuse would function, so it wouldn't make much sense to completely overhaul things like the quest log when the focus should be on refining the gameplay itself within that 2D space.
@nirv People have a lot of stress in their adult lives. Let people have fun instead of trying to shame us for enjoying ourselves when it has no impact on you. When you've actually achieved things in your life perhaps you won't be so quick to judge us for treating gaming as a way to unwind.
