This dude at 15:00 has no clue what he is saying. Durability of the bow doesn’t deteriorate after firing it 2+ times. That’s HIS FAULT for not managing and keeping track of whether he is using a brand new bow or one that was used before. You can tell from a shiny sparkle in the menu if brand new or already used.
