I hope you enjoy this video as I build up and put together the reasons Mordex is credited to winning multiple championships as well as having a phenomenally high playrate.
On a real note I forgot to sleep while making this video. Usually I schedule the videos to come out the next morning but I am actually pressing upload myself at 7:40 AM!

0:54 what about Atrophius? Atrophius was the original mordex main, even getting him to level 100. Of course he isn’t as good as sandstorm but he deserved to be mentioned on this video idk how u missed that lmao.

Oh I definitely was aware of Atrophius but I didn't think of a way to fit him in as well as Dobrein so unfortunately he was left out.

I love that you showed sandstorm punishing the side sig over the edge from Simba after everyone freaked out about Luna doing that in Midseason. Mordex just haas that draw to him, he was the first character I played because I got the game so my brother and I could have something neither of us would have the advantage in. And even now for my friends that all play he's my pick when I have nothing else to try.

When I wanna see people get stopped I watch Pavelski. When I wanna vibe I watch Boomie. When I want to actually understand and play the game better and get a more in depth knowledge of the game, I watch Vondakay. Thanks for all your videos mate. They help me tremendously :)

I always liked Mordex and I have mained him for most of my time playing, and what I have to say is that he isnt broken. Scythe is incredibly difficult to be consistently good at and the same can be said for gauntlets, since both rely on mostly reads. But that also gives them a very high skill ceiling, which means that if you know what you are doing you are going to destroy opponents.

Mordex is broken. The weapon combination plus his sigs make him that way, and even Sandstorm said that's why he picked him up in the first place. They are both read heavy weapons but if you wish to be a top competitor, reading in general is a must regardless of what weapon you play. The difference is that not all weapons gimp as easily as Scythe and Gauntlets.

MoRdEx Is So BrOkEn. People only say this cuz pros like sandstorm demolished people with it plus scythe is one of the most difficult weapons to get good at AND THERES LEGENDS LIKE ORION THAT ARE ACTUALLY BROKEN

They use sandstorm or any good player rlly to justify a reason to call any legend broken. I disagree with the part saying Orion is broken. He’s good, he’s balanced, he’s not broken.

Have u seen his sigs, let’s talk about spear n and dsig, nsig almost completely covers most ledges and dsig has huge range and lance u already know is broken, it’s huge range just makes it cancel any attack even if u attack FIRST. NOW LETS TALK ABOUT MORDEX, HE HAS SCYTHE WHICH IS ONE OF THE MOST DIFFICULT WEAPONS AND ITS BEEN NERFED QUITE A BIT NOW AND BOTH HIS WEAPONS NEED READS TO PERFORM WELL

@@EesaSalmanKakakhel Orion sigs and stats are good. Nsig is on spear is usually a good follow up option in my opinion. Dlight into nsig is good when they don’t have a dodge, dsig is good for killing, but can be punished on miss. Lance is good, but it lack an actual kill confirm. I personally think lance can be both punishable and unpunishable in certain cases. It’s a heavy string weapon after all.

Unpopular and very salty opinion (I've been playing ranked): Mordex is to brawlhalla what fox is to melee. Absolute top tier with basically no bad matchups ( at worst even ) yet the insanely inflated player base still finds a way to call everything broken vs him Also like fox he is undeniably sick

@@statics1 Lance is a horizontal weapon that can't cover 45 degree angles where scythe has its strongest moves. And even when playing against Lance sair where scythe is worse scythe is faster. If you play the mu right scythe should always be able to out range Lance, and if it can't, outspeed

i kind of disagree kind of agree, sure mordex is good, but it’s only because of what people see of mordex, many pro players make amazing plays, however if pros were to play a completely different legend so we’ll, i gaurantee people will play that other legend more than mordex. it’s all just a show that people eat up, so they play the same character. Every character in this game is balanced, it’s just your own skill.

And than there is me i kinda hate mordex i love his desine and weapon combo but hes just to strong and overplayed there are a lot of characters that are slipped aside because of how strong he is and i think its mainly scythe tbh i hate that weapon with a passion since i see it to many times
