This will probably be ignored, but I love the legends of fuzz concept. It's exactly what I'm looking for, a collection of legendary fuzz! I just REALLY REALLY wish they came in smaller enclosures. Please JHS, I promise to buy them all!
Oh snap, an Ibanez Fireman? You really are a fan of Gilbert. Those are sweet axes, I have to admit. Never had one, kinda was low on the priority list, but maybe one day.
The Bender is different from the typical Tonebender Mark 3. The tone control is where the difference is. The tone control on a Mark 3 thins out the tone which is good for humbuckers, the Bender stays fat sounding and the tone control adds brightness. The Bender is great with Strats but not so good with Humbuckers. The JHS switch is okay, but it’s not amazingly different.
What's not great is guys buying multiple of the same pedal to control the market. They are normally bedroom musicians that create nothing musical. So then things like blues breakers and Klons are not available to touring musicians who are not famous. Kind of sad when you think that you can't be the next Jimmi because to buy a guitar like that, an amp like that, the pedals, the time with a teacher etc. Just too many barriers to entry for young musicians and treating the gear market like Wall Street is hurting musicians.
