Great work on the guide! Hopefully this helps attract more Leroy players haha. I personally am not a fan of the B+3+4 combo ender because the Oki situation afterwards is pretty horrible. I've been liking 2 > DASH > UF+3+4, 1+2 because it is about the same damage (1 less dmg I believe?) and you get a good approach with shoulder charge which leaves you +13 if they block or you deal a shit ton of dmg. Another decent ender is B+3 > HRM 2,3 which gives u a bit better oki as well. Also just for max damage out of a heat burst, you can fit a full DF+3, 1 after a tornado and still land a microdash into heat burst. And then after you heat dash, UF+3 I believe does the most damage.
@@AfTyson7 If someone is a full screen away, if you just hold sprint at them your character should automatically do the armored shoulder charge. It's easiest to do after UF+3+4, 1+2 combo ender
I really appreciate the guide, but imma have to leave Leroy behind. Just not good enough to make him work, love the character but they gave him nothing here.
I usually use this combos: 72 DAMAGE IN OPEN STAGE while standing 2, df4,3, 2,1,2,1,2, b3+4. 85 DAMAGE WALL CARRY:while standing 2, df4,3, 2,1,2,1,2, db1,3, 1+2,1+2,1
@@Sauze. It depends, if you have done the previous wall carry combo the damage will already be highly scaled and you will only be able to do b3+4 after the bound. If you have only bound, then you can try df4,3, 2,1,2,1, b3+4
....sheesh......your gonna have to make a new guide bro. This has to be 1.0 guide for Leroy beginners, then you gotta have an advanced guide once you do more research.
I feel like my real adjustment I have to make now trying to play Leroy is not having a traditional df 2 launcher or hop kick. I never played with a character without or had a orbital move but it does feel good to land b1+2 on counter hit
Getting ready for his buffs but I honestly think it’s not enough. His heat is gonna be strong AF when spamming rapid punches so gonna keep spamming it to chip them probably 30-40%. Think of it as Raven spamming his clones on chip damage if you’ve ever got hit by it before it does a sht ton of damage. Only downside is they can duck so can only do this a little bit in high ranks 😂 but the reward for using his heat should be satisfying
@@Quake2815 yea I know see what Bamco thinks is hey will make him shiny and new as a new character but then they’ll let him be busted and play in tournaments and then after everyone complains he’s to strong they’ll just nerf him in to the ground and make him low tier . I think Reina and Azucena will get big nerfs to 😂😂😂😂😂
