Dr. Muhammad Musa Shareef is geboren in Jeddah, Saoedi-Arabië. Hij studeerde af aan de Faculteit der Sharee'ah - Imaam Muhammad ibn Sa'ud Islamitische Universiteit - in het jaar 1988 n.C. Hij behaalde zijn M.A. en Ph.D. in de Qur'aan en Soennah van de Faculteit der Usul ad-Din (Theologie) - Umm al-Quraa Universiteit. Hij is een assistent-professor op de afdeling Islamitische Studies - Koning 'Abdul-'Aziz Universiteit.
Dr. Muhammad Musa Shareef was born in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, and graduated from the Faculty of Sharee'ah - Imaam Muhammad ibn Sa'ud Islamic University - in 1408 A.H. He obtained his M.A. and Ph.D. in the Qur'an and the Sunnah from Faculty of Usul ad-Din (Theology) -- Umm al-Quraa University. He is an assistant professor in the Department of Islamic Studies - King 'Abdul-'Aziz University.

Sahaba are not masoom, but they should never be critizized, ever. as Allaah says he is pleased with them, and he chose them before they even existed.

he had critical view on policies and decisions of sahaba so that we take lessons from them, Note: he wasn't critical on personalities but decisions.

Sufyan ibn `Uyainah said: "He who speaks a single word against the Companions of Allah's Messenger () then he is an innovator." And Imam Ahmad said: "If you see anyone speaking ill of the Companions of the Messenger of Allah, doubt his Islam." And Adh-Dhahabee said, "Anyone who criticizes them or insults them has gone out of this religion and has segregated himself from the Muslim Ummah.

Subhan Allaah, US? the people, that did not sacrifice a Qitmir of what the Sahaba (RA) sacrificed, of the wealth and self. PROOF Do not abuse my Companions, for if any of you were to spend gold equal to (mountain of) Uhud in charity, it would not equal a handful of one of them or even half of that" [al-Bukharee, Muslim]. And he said, "Whoever abuses my Companions, upon them is the curse of Allah, the angels and all the people" [Saheeh, At-Tabaranee].

Allah have mercy on him. Yet he made many mistakes, many ulema wrote against him for his errors found in his book criticising those that cannot be made a target of Jarh, Anbiya are all Masoom, and Sahabah- Allah is pleased with them

many great scholars of hind remained silent for a long time due to having good thoughts of him, he wrote good things and did good works. when his errors reached a limit, they wee forced to write against him. He major institutions are pointed out his errors. This doesn't mean he did not do good works and was not a good writer, this was also true in regards to him.

sahabah cabbot be made target of jarh, is it not in quran that 'allah is pleased with them'? who said they are masoom? yet 'Allah is pleased with them, and they are pleased with him'. mawdudi wrote good things, yet he made some major errors, ans he can be made a target of jarh.
