Today, I am glad to share one of the countryside root crops that can be found anywhere in the farm.

Presenting "URARO", it smells like a corn when it's cooked and taste like a taro.
If you found this in the mountain and in the forest, yes it's is edible that you can eat it freshly but it taste better when it's cooked with small amount of water and a pinch of salt to taste.
This days, it is not much popular in the country but every old aged knows about this food and they had lots of memories to share.
I am in loved with this root crops as it is easy to grow and takes months to grow numbers of crops in one plant.
