Yes that's very true! If you come to Switzerland and you want the real chocolate factory experience, I recommend you go to Maison Callier in the French-speaking part of the country. cailler.ch/en/maison-cailler. It's in a little town call Broc in the Caton of Freibourg. They do an English-speaking tour. It's also very close to Gruyères, which you must vist. It's a scenic castle town and is the setting for the famous Gruyères Swiss cheese. You can also visit a cheese factory and treat yourself to an authentic fondue in one of the many excellent restaurants in the town.
