The Lion King - Kopa's Story 

2022 Coming back to this makes me tearfull. I still remember the emotions I had watching this as a little kid, brings back memories. Lion King is what inspired me to become an animator, and Im slowly getting there. Now finally able to do animation of my favorite TLK characters, and bring them back to life. Thank you for this video you made very long ago!

"When Simba and Nala *feel* in love," "Nala got *pregnat* with a cub." "Then one day Simba, ( Unnecessary comma ) and Nala decided that they wanted another *baby cub*." ( A cub is a baby. Nuff said ) "Years past; More years past." *passed There were more grammar and spelling mistakes, but I'm not pointing them all out.

As time passed Kopa grew up, but his sister (having drunk from the fountain of youth) stayed a baby forever

I hope if another lion king movie is made it will have kopa in it. maybe simba could explain his story and how kiara had an older brother that she didn't know about, and later on kiara and kovu actually meet kopa as a grown up lion with scars all over his body and simba would be speechless while nala and kiara are thrilled. kopa could explain how he survived but couldnt find his way home until he grew up. kiara could bond with her long lost brother and even offer him to take the throne, since it was originally his but kopa would turn it down and let his sister and brother in law keep their titles.

Hey everyone, just to let you all know that Kopa is a character that only exists in a book series and not the actual movies, they are separate stories and shouldn't be confused in having any involvement with one another, plus Kopa doesn't die, there is no mentioning of him getting killed in any of the books mainly because the books where out 4 yrs before the Lion King 2 was created which means Zira didn't even exist at the time so she couldn't have killed him, if you don't believe me here's a link below wiki.answers.com/Q/Did_kopa_from_the_Lion_King_realy_die?#slide=1

Kopa is Kion now

Kopa is plenty real and technically in the movie. At the end of the first movie, the cub was born during the day. Kiara is born at night in the second movie, so either Kopa was originally supposed to be part of the movie, or Disney screwed up.

let me tell you tell you a funny thing: when i was watching this video i farted real loud and now im like laughing about it

I don't think anyone realizes that since scar and mufasa are brothers, simba is mufasa's son and vitani is scar's daughter, and kopa is simba's son, kopa and vitani are related (second cousins)

i think it's really touching at 5:46 seeing the ghost of Kopa still looking out for Kiara. :)

it's not a real story guys. it's not part of the Cannon timeline for the lion king. Kiara was born first then her brother Kion...which leads to the Disney series the lion guard.

Poor kopa didn't get a chance to live in the real world

Yes he did live he was just in a coma after ziras attacking and when he woke up he ran away. 2 years later when he was a adult he came back a few days after the two prides join together and saw vitani and everyone else he loved he was turned to be the king ruling by kovus side and vitani became his queen and they had two cubs. A boy and a girl I don't know the girls name but the boys name is nuka and they died years later in each other's arm in there sleep

i don't understand something... in the story they said that Kopa herd something far from a far and it was Vitani, BUT! aren't they suppose to know each other? since the main reason why Zira was Exile from the Pride rock because she had kill Kopa, what im saying is.. at that time Zira was already in the Pride Lands with her cubs so Kopa and Vitani should have known each other ( its just confusing) but i do enjoy watching this

Lots of spelling errors //than should be then// also, vitani was the same age as kovu, who was the same age as kiara. And lionesses can't have another cub while nursing (judging by the size of kopa, he was)

Wow.... I don't think Zira was mad at Vitani for liking Kopa because he was part of the main pride... She was mad at Vitani because it's gross to be mates with YOUR COUSIN Mufasa & Scar are brothers. Mufasa had Simba. Scar had Vitani and Nuka. Simba had Kiara (and apparently this Kopa guy) Which means that Kopa and Vitani are cousins. Eww
