The Lion King returning to Cleveland's Playhouse Square in October 2021 

The king has returned! "The Lion King" is coming back to Cleveland this fall with 16 performances set for Playhouse Square at the KeyBank State Theatre from Oct. 1-15. With this limited engagement, Cleveland becomes the first city in North America to host "The Lion King" five separate times. Playhouse Square said the production will be in compliance with local, county, state and CDC guidelines that are in effect at the time of the performance.
