Back again with another review! We have been heavy on the reviews lately because so much new product is launching. Typically, brands launch the bulk of their new releases towards the start and end of the calendar year. The last time we talked about The Lip Bar was when they released their foundation. Now we have a skin conditioner, which can be considered a tinted moisturizer. To be honest, I'm not really a fan of tinted moisturizers. I deal with hyper pigmentation so if I'm going to put on makeup I want coverage and they usually offer very little. But I was interested in this one for some reason.
I got the shade Chocolate Chip which I admit is a bit too dark even for my liking. I usually prefer to go a shade darker in foundations but for a tinted moisturizer I don't think that's the best idea. If you are close to my complexion i would not choose this shade. The first thing i noticed even just watching this was the coverage was far more than I was expecting. I would say this is about medium but I see the potential to be full coverage if you layer. The packaging was great as well and you can't beat the price. This is a bomb product for everyone from the no makeup makeup girl to the full coverage cake face queens like myself.
