I love Little House on the Prarie. I watched it yesrs ago and i am now watching reruns of the show. I also watched Banonza years ago. I enjoyed it very much. I have an old comic book of Banonza and Michael is on the cover. I guess i could say that Michael was my favorite star on Little House.
Was my favorite from day 1 and still is. This was the only program my precious christian grandmother would watch with me. Thank you for all of the wonderful evenings that I would look forward to each week. Still watch the repeats over and over till this day.
My favorite character was Pa and Mary, I love the show and watch all the reruns as often as I can, or when Dish Network shows them., Keep them coming, I will never get tired of watching these reruns!!!!
Just loved Little House I watch reruns over and over again that era made me want to relive the times with the Ingalls over and over I wish there was a reunion movie
I'M SO HAPPY I CAN STILL FEEL LIKE A PART OF LITTLE HOUSE ON THE PRAIRIE THROUGH THE RERUNS. OF WHICH I LOVE SO MUCH!😊THANK YOU FOR THE EPISODES 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾💟💟💟💟💟💟💟
The books are wonderful!!! You will enjoy them more than the show, I did! If you read the real history of this family, it is very interesting, for example Mary never married and lived with carrie after her parent's died. Check it out if your a history buff!😊
I am a 90yr young Australian living in Germany 40yrs, looked, at the first episodes in Australia. Now after alll these years am now watching them. In Germany like before. Dont want to miss a, episode,,, 🇩🇪🇬🇸🐨🦘😍😍😍😍
I used to love this show. I grew up with it. Reruns are still on today. I would say Charles was my fav character, I loved how he was also a sensitive man. He showed his tears ❤️ I was shocked when he passed away. So young. We have a community close to us that is actually named Walnut Grove, which always makes me think of Little House!
I really enjoy these, but really?! Am I the only one that finds it totally inappropriate and tacky to show a silhouette of someone blowing their brains out with a gun to illustrate a suicide? Very bad taste.
I loved them all, was heart broken when Michael Landon died remembered him from Bonanza, parent's watched that show, one tv , so we all watched what they watched,
I enjoyed every show they did .and Ii have the books and read them over and over Thanks Michael Landon for such a wonderful Movie of Little House. Annette Jacob
I love " Little House on the Prairie".. I watch the show's now in 2020. I love all the characters but I would especially like the episodes with Nellie and Willie, Mr. & Mrs. Oleson!!!😂😂😂. Charles was a actor and of course I loved every episode he played in on the Prairie. Thanks so much for sharing. The Ingalls were such " the Perfect Couple." ❤ ❤ ❤
Yes! Thank you! He also did a hell of a lot more even, than starring and directing Little House, (as stated by the narrator.) Michael was hugely responsible for it being brought to TV as a show in the first place! He was also the executive producer AND writer of a tremendous amount of the episodes! He was a man of many talents who I still miss today, and I will always consider him to be a creative genius and a legend.
we need more shows on TV like Little House on the Prairie can remember washing it when I was younger my kids are older now they remember watching the reruns and loved it
Michael Landon didn’t die of longcancer that was the actor playing Mr Edwards. I believe his name was Victor French. Michael Landon died of pancreatic cancer at the age of 54. One of my favorites in the show was Nels Olsen.
My two favorite characters on Little House on the Prairie are Almonzo Wilder and Laura Ingalls. They both fulfill their roles so beautifully. I enjoy love stories very, very much.
💜🤗💜 I own the complete series on DVD along with the three movies that were made. It contains many extra features and interviews. I watch it over and over to re-visit revisit my friends. TRIVIA In real life, Nelly and Laura are best friends. They became best friends almost immediately. Which makes watching their on set shenanigans so hilarious when you know this.
Every night I watch over n over my favorite show & my favorite family show little house The Waltons Bonanza The big valley One more can't think of it all these country movies cowboys my favorite we have collections of them never get tired of it I like waltons our family size big family was like waltons our grand nana almond mountains was is on the mountain's I wish time go back to young teen age on those days this life is lonely everybody different directions
Came to RU-vid to find happy and wholesome things to watch while in bed struggling with anxiety, depression, and thoughts of suicide. The graphic of a dude blowing his brains out was not helpful. I guess I’m done watching RU-vid for the day 😏
Also, nearly every Little House character guest-starred in "The Love Boat". Melissa Sue Anderson stars multiple times, Melissa Gilbert, Karen Grassle, Alison Angrim, Matthew Labyorteaux, Patrick Labyorteaux, Lindwood Boomer, etc.! The channel "Melissa Sue Anderson Fan" has most of their clips of them on the show :3
This is a wonderful tribute to many of the characters. Many are left out who were also very important. But I want to make a correction, Michael Landon died of pancreatic cancer. He did not die of lung cancer. This can be easily verified.
I LIKED LAURA AND MA THE BEST I'M ALMOST 60 AND I STILL WATCH LITTLE HOUSE ON THE PRAIRIE SO I BROUGHT THE WHOLE COLLECTION . Everyday 3 HOURS . OF LITTLE HOUSE I DON'T CARE IF THERE RERUNS . And I have the collection of The Waltons show that One next.
I really liked a lot of the characters. I'm the same age as Melissa Sue Anderson. I had a huge crush on her character AND Ma Ingles! Also I liked Rev. Alden, Isaiah Edwards, Ernest Borgnine, Ray Bolger, Jon Lormer, Brion James, Mark Lenard, Donald Moffat, Julie Cobb, Johnny Cash, Ray Walston, and John Larch
It's amazing how people can be related to stars and actors and I officials in government whatever you call it it's interesting but we all have our own part to bear.
