Too bad they haven't kept Harold in the story. The second story reel is just perfect.

Why couldn’t they not keep Ursula not showing her face until poor unfortunate souls because it would’ve made a lot more scary and mysterious.

That was excellent. W😲W. These never before seen dialogue and lines Ursula says in her second scene. Oh and that merboy Harold i saw from that deleted scene when we see what and how merpeople go to Ursula for help and fouls and lies about their bargains. That indicates that the Harold scene was between Ursula's first and second scene.
