I need a poll, how many people walk around the gas station like many of these thieves? I am sure many gas station clerks might think I stole something with the amount of time I spend walking around looking confused.

Yeah you wouldn’t go to jail for that. It would be a misdemeanor fine. Now if you didn’t pay the fine, now you could be looking at jail. It’s also VERY likely they wouldn’t press charges, and very likely the court system wouldn’t care about a stolen air refresher if they are backlogged.
My biggest concern 44 seconds in is that this guy headed straight into the women's rest room. Now, I would understand if the men's was occupied and he just needed to go. However, the dude went straight towards the women's room without hesitation; having to travel just a little farther in fact.

I mean most cops wouldn't bother sending someone to jail over a theft equaling less than $2. That's something like the store would ban you but wouldn't even bother calling the police over. Definitely not worth *any* of the possible consequences, though.
