It just occurred to me that Norah Jones is the best female country-and-western vocalist currently around. She really gets traditional country music. Here, she's backed by some tremendous talents--including Jim Campilongo, who is almost frighteningly brilliant on guitar.
Ray Price remains, in my mind, the voice for this song. It really is his most definitive song, even though written by Kris. Nora does a good job, but in the list below Price's rendition.
