I am so glad that you have started your own RU-vid Channel! I have enjoyed all of your books and look forward to viewing your video presentations. Thank YOU.
Hello Frederick, love your content btw. Do you happen to know if this really is THEE Dr. Tom Seeley(this man is probly the man closest to being my hero!)? I have a hard time imagening that he wouldent have more subscribers than this channel does. But then i saw your comment, and i thought that you might very well know if this channel is a fake or not! :) (i would love if you had any insight in this!).
@@Dimerpunk Not a fake channel at all, Dr. Seeley just isn't very much into social media or RU-vid, otherwise his channel would grow exponentially :) it's him.
@@FrederickDunn omg, awsome! :D, thank you very much for your reply and the information! gonna keep a close watch on this channel then incase he decides to upload any more clips! :)
You are a saint !! That is because of your gentle manner, respectful ways, tremendous caring for your fellow beekeepers and other dear folks. Your research, of course, is the best, regarding natural / Darwinian beekeeping methods. I cannot thank you enough for your dedication, I hope to help the bees and learn from them too, thus help the bees and the other inhabitants of our planet, that depend upon these invertebrate animals. You, selflessly, have lead the way. May 2021.
Thank you dear Tom Seeley for sharing your knowledge and experience. It is always a pleasure listening to you and learning. And far more than just interesting and useful, it is a treasure. Kind regards from Vienna/Austria Kyros
Mr. Seeley amazing research! In the video you said there are about 20 things that wild colonies have over 'kept hives', and you showed some. Do you have the full list of the 20?
At the margins of varroah mite endemic populations in cerana has anyone asked the question as to why those populations managed to stop the spread for so many years previous to the 1980-90 , so why did varroah not keep spreading maybe those colonies at the original margins have an answer for you
Many thanks for sharing the results of your research on wild living bees. Very inspiring. I’ve already transfered some of your “take home messages” in my way of beekeeping.
Thank you very much for sharing you years of work and observations. In this current Pandemic it gives us time to look deeper into how humans have managed bees and other livestock as well as human interaction with animals and insects. Large scale homogeneous and monoculture agriculture is not easily sustained without huge external inputs and intensive management and even then the cost may outweigh the benefits. You provides some great observations and ideas to keep beekeeping sustainable into the future.
