DB, my month old orphaned gosling will only sleep at night to Sam. since she is in my bedroom in her kennel her ability to sleep is critical, i have been a Sam fan for long time.
It’s finally happened - a story I was enjoying so much I couldn’t fall asleep! 😅 Favorite travel memory - Istanbul. My late husband was a huge Byzantine history fan, and we went for our 25th anniversary in 2016. We toured the Ayasofya, and when he finally got to see the Donation Mosaic in person he literally jumped up and down squealing like a teenager who had just won front row tickets to Taylor Swift. 💜 I lost him in September, and the last promise I made him was that we would make it back, “even if I have to take you in a box.” His ashes and I have a date with the Golden Horn in two years…
I want to preface this by saying I’m gonna be like all those people who I hate when they make comments on videos. but I’d love shorter versions of your meditations. I add them to a playlist I listen to at night and I just want to be able to go onto the next meditation without the music. You’ve become one of my favorite meditation RU-vidrs! There hasn’t been a video I don’t like.

I would try the compilation video, best of 2021 or the Adventures of Morag 8 hr video. Those will get you through the night without going through the Intro randomly in the middle of the night. And they are both wonderfully relaxing.
I LOVED this. It was Luke taking a morning walk with you. I also do wake up meditations and this was PERFECT! Wake up meditations are wonderful and this one was just perfect for me. Ty. 😊
I do love these less-scripted, more conversational videos ❤ Did you actually record this one outside? I like when you take us on a walk and we can hear the wind, waves, footsteps, etc.

Made it to the end only because it was a premiere and nowhere near bedtime. Simply delightful. These ramblings will always be my favorite style of yours, and this one was a nice mix, some nature, some treats, some history, and the transition out with you reading the book, page turning and sipping and sighing was perfection. I love cafe sounds, very relaxing to my nervous system for unknown reasons. Can you tell I never worked in one? Lol Thanks for creating this. Think this one might be a great daytime destressor too. 👏
@ellenh278 oh yes, all good, was on retreat & fully intended to make the live chat, but a bunch of us went out to lunch afterwards... we didn't want it to end... but oh so tired now!

I had to keep listening to little parts while making breakfast and your description of traditional baked goods has me wanting to lean and visit even more than I already did!
