In this video, I'm reading and discussing the story 'The Lonely Londoners' by Samuel Selvon. This novel tells the story of a group of people living in London, who are abandoned by society and are forced to find their own ways of living.
In this video, we'll discuss the main characters, the plot, the themes and symbols, and how this novel can be applied to the lives of people today. I'll also be narrating the story, so you can get a taste of the beautiful Caribbean accents of Barbara Njau. Whether you're a fan of Caribbean literature or not, I think you'll enjoy this video!

Well presented. Thank you. Having read the book recently, I was keen to find out why the author describes Black people as 'spades' a pejorative term deemed to be racist.

Well read and informed for Salvon's Book which can aid studding. Barbara Njau narrated very clearly to understand the content. however, there were a couple of personal attitude moments. but this does not conflict with her professional tutoring. Good Job

I really appreciate your content, especially this video it helped me more.But as English is not my mother tongue language I struggle to understand you specially when you read too quickly, and there are some difference in reading the names like 'Galahad' you said 'Galahadad' or may be this is the right way to read like this noun. Anyway my message is ;please read slowly and don't forget that the most of your followers and viewers are foreigners I mean English is not their language 'like me ; hahaha I hope you understand me Thank you

in the Settings, there's a playback speed setting, choose 0.75

The narrator here is mispronouncing the name here, the character's name is _Sir Galahad_ after the Arthurian knight.

The explanation has okay what I felt was the way that your speech went through is not good because we did not cat many a sentences and it leads to some kind of confusion and when we try to understand it it was fluctuating actually it was not enough flow
