Pretty sure in Signal Void it's mentioned that the crew used the various bunkers around the island as places to rest since they couldn't be seen by the islanders. It's possible the security chief just left her logs there

Honesty with all the struggles of waiting for the radio to work and traveling so much, i personally enjoyed the story and what it gave to us in the survival setting. Hinterland did a good job in my opinion and i honesty wanna see more of it if they decide too but i also wanted to say amazing job on keeping up with the lore. Another amazing video toast!

This is absolutely great. Thanks for the recap. I love the twist how Rüdiger turned out to be not so evil at the end, he just screwed up. I wonder what happened to the foreman after he killed Rüdiger.

I'm glad it helped. I have a working theory for the foreman. He is going to get his own video, but I want to work on other stuff first. All we know is that he left the bunker.

Thanks a lot for these videos mate I just finished the Tale and watched these videos to recap. I think this Tale was a very good ending to it and I can’t wait for Part 5 of Wintermute to tie everything all together. Do you think PT5 will link up with the tales?

does the desolation point lighthouse really flash like this during auroras, or was that added after the fact?

Yes. I think since episode 2 dropped with the addition of the aurora mechanic.

hey toasty it’s Ghost do you need to complete both signal void and ZOC too unlock this tale or how do you start it?

You have to have completed both the first 2 tales at least once on any save file. As long as you have them done once, you can load any save file with the airfield transmitter repaired and radio in hand and immediately start the 3rd tale.

You only need to complete them once. After that, you can just start over by grabbing the radio, fixing the airfield transmitter, and going to sundered pass.

@@ToastyBits aha, many thanks :D. I was starting a new loper run in Airfield and totally forgot to fix the transmitter there. Now I am in the weather station :) I just realized that's why the radio doesn't work, well I guess I am going back through the cave system nearby.
