Wel I had only 3 battles in Naval EC before it got closed. I haven't tried all what it has to offer, but I had fun. I feel like this mode has so much potential if they keep developing. At least for blue water navy. No idea why gaijin keeps naval ec hidden most of the time. Seems like a loy of people enjoy it. They could just make it available during the weekends. Also Kongo is the beast💪🏻 😎

I love that there's so much to do. E.g A stranger & me managed to capture a port with aircraft only: I bombed the coastal artillery & he caped with his scout planes. That was so much fun

Even though I didn’t particularly enjoy the gameplay of naval, I do appreciate how the game really makes you understand why generals tend to close the gap even when they theoretically would be advantageous at longer distance. You simply can’t expect to hit shit that at 20km+

That’s my think about Naval, the repair costs are out of this world and it seems like the rewards just aren’t very good. I do play a bit of reserve tier for fun once a month, but that’s just for a slight change up in taste.

@@g.williams2047 naval bluewater has some of the best rewards in the game. Need 500k? Play some destroyers at 4.3-5.0. Own a premium cruiser? Make money forever. Source: Certified Krakenlord

@@CmdrTyrael okay but playing battleships isn’t economically good. There is no way you can every make enough money to cover the 50k repair cost or make good money. If you die in it then you are fucked. If you don’t die and have a good game you’ll make like 30k

@@krustykrew106 just like every top tier vehicle in the game. 25k for 30 second battle in top tier air RB. 50k for a full line up of deaths in Ground RB. the main difference being. Battleships are super survivable. They are rarely killed and generally reach top of the tables in their match. If you still find you die easily in a BB. Then you can totally erase the reaper cost by using universal backups. If you die twice in a bb match then it only costs you 1 repair. I find bb combat to be dull though unless I am in charge of entire fleets. In warthunder, cruiser and DD gameplay is the best fun. Up to 5.3 maybe 5.7.
