they did rehearse for it :) you can see the version they did where they had fans submit clips of them singing as well. the members of the yogs in the background recorded the practice tracks for fans to learn
What makes this legendary is that you know “Diggy diggy hole” was created by the elves as a means to belittle the dwarfs. But much like the colonialists with “Yankee Doodle Dandy”, the dwarfs took it and ran with it. On a related note…Whether you shout ”Rock and Stone” ”Baruk Khazâd” or ”Khazukan Kazakit-ha” …If your a Fan of Deep Rock, Tolkien, Warhammer, WoW, etc… May all of dwarf kind unite under this timeless masterpiece of a song. And of course, our hatred of all things elf. Also, Celebrimbor and Narvi, Legalos and Gimli, and Malekith and -Grombrindol- Snorri Whitebeard definitely sing this together.

@@deoxyyy3244years ago, Lewis gave permission for a metal band to sing Diggy Diggy Hole-for free-their record company keeps on claiming the original Diggy Diggy Hole video and other instances of it. According to Lewis on the Triforce Podcast “it’s probably only had like a weeks worth of monetisation” since it’s ever been up and most of it’s money has gone to that record company. Supposedly Lewis has been able to contact them in the past to remove the claim, but RU-vid’s contentID system keeps on automatically doing it. Knowing Lewis, he’s probably given up with it, and has left it.
