For me it was four hours waiting to get tipped in Mini in Oxford but for you guys it was longer and for one it was much much longer.

'Back In The Day' 12 hours at Tesco, Northampton. Regularly 4 - 6 hours Tesco, Middlewich.

Any airline at Heathrow you can be held 6 to 8 hours at peak times, if you're heading in there don't book any jobs straight after.

@@Gr4vell most agents will pay the waiting time, it can take an hour just to get booked in.

Been held up a few times a Heathrow airport. Most shippers will pay waiting time but the first half hour is free. My advice would be to phone them as soon as you arrive on site with the time. Then call them every 1/2 hour. Make sure you agree a fee with a name before you finish the job.
