This (long) piece from my early morning dog walk reflects on the deep emotional wounds and secrets we carry in our hearts, often from childhood.
These suppressed emotions create a hidden self, which becomes more entrenched over time.
My own journey of pain, denial, and eventual release through grace, persistence, and willingness to face these buried feelings talk me so much.
The process is challenging, like breaking through a shell, but ultimately leads to a more authentic, direct way of living.
