The discovery of a way to measure longitude revolutionised long-distance sea travel forever, but the institution which made it happen has all but disappeared from memory. Thank you for this fascinating a video. I am currently reading the Haynes manual to the Moon by David M. Harland. It mentions this problem in chapter 4 The Moon in the Sky.

The world's biggest holder of the Nobel prizes (87). No surprise in seeing Harvard within the subscribers. in economy where my work, I wish to see Cambridge creating a new business era after what the world experienced with the unbalanced business education on the Atlantic west bank.

1> I was expecting to learn how scientist figured out how to calculate longitude. 2> The audio needs fixed. That right to left crap makes it hard to concentrate. 3>recycled footage of the ocean, I would rather see more of the time pieces.
