I like putting on just as much eyeshadow on my lower lid as on my upper lid (which isn’t a lot btw). I think dark circles can look very mysterious and I always liked them on others. The trend is also becoming trendy because of the whole heroin chic thing I think.

So glad you showed this look, I love it! I’d also love to see your take on a bridal look (or just long-wearing event type makeup in general). A lot of the event makeup tutorials out there really cake on products for the sake of it, but you always keep your skin looking natural which I appreciate!

Hasn't puffy under eye bags been popular in Korea for a few years now? A lot of people do it to look more "youthful" there. I just find it interesting that Tik Tok gets a lot of trends that have been popular in other countries/cultures. I just hope they attribute the styles as much as they can.

The color wheel trick is so cool I’ve never heard of it before! How would you do it for brown eyes exactly? Also loved the lip gloss over the cupid’s bow tip... shows there’s always something new to learn! Loved this

Many brown eyes have a bit of yellow in there so a brown with a mauve or slightly purple underdone would look good with that. Mine are hazel so they have a bit of green and I tend to go for more reddish browns like Julia.

yes when you apply lipstick, gloss etc over slightly the cupids bow, it will make your lips pouty - like your lips are jumping out hehe i do it when i want that look 😍 its a great tip to know 💜

@@luckygirlz99 you don’t have to use purple shadow, it’s just a good way to find out what shade of brown suits you most. If you have a bit of gold or yellow in your eyes, try a brown with a bit of mauve in it like Mac satin taupe.

I don’t know why but my base products settle into my “dry areas” so much lately and the weirdest thing is that they aren’t even visible as dry areas until I put skin tint and concealer on them and they don’t feel dry either, it’s like my skin is slightly peeling around my nose and mouth but even that isn’t visible without base products. I wondered if it has to do with my skin care not settling into my skin enough..? Because that’s a new problem and I’ve been using a more hydrating moisturiser lately. Without makeup my skin looks normal. Beautiful look btw!

how would you compare the melt blushlights to the tower 28 bronzinos? i originally had lynx and sundown in my sephora cart but after watching some videos (yours included), i switched them out for the bronzinos... now i’m not sure if i did the right thing 😬
