I hate when parents like Angie try and shrink you and try and talk to you like they know how you're feeling, not everyone is as afraid as you are... But Angie is still fine lol
If you remember actually Max had nightmares had issues and most kids who live through a shooting react the same way, my little sister was 11 and she acted the same way when there was a shooting
0:18 It's sad that this statement still holds up, even more so today with the increase in gun violence across the country. This show always stated facts.
Whatever, America has become so dysfunctional and inept at solving problems that things like mass shootings don’t even phase me anymore. America is becoming a circus….
Being a parent yes being a wife definitely she thinks there’s a book for everything but my dad told me when you have kids there ain’t no book you Gotta make your own rules
Video games do not desensitize you at all. If anything they make you more aware of the situation and they help you realize “oh shit lets get the fuck out of here” because people who play violent video games know what type of serious damage a firearm can do it it’s in the wrong hands. If your kid is desensitized by video games, he was probably already like that before the video games. He just never experienced anything traumatic that would lead you to believe that.
You're right, I've played GTA when i was a kid with my brother whenever my cousin brings it. I never had a school shooting at my schools but I was aware of what a gun is.
Its crazy that this is happening more and more and its not even, one kid gets grazed and the shooter gets tackled now its a bunch of kids die and the shooter kills himself. Too much violence is the US its sad asf
@@akeme25 The Assault Weapons After Columbine didn't result in fewer Mass Shootings because the people who had the Guns already didn't give them up. Hell when Austrailia did this a couple of years ago, only 30% of people turned in their Guns. The only way to get all the Guns is to send Men with Guns door to door to confiscate them by Force.
@@outlawent9664 I seriously doubt anyone would resist though. Not in an organized way. We didn't see any real resistance to lockdowns and mandates. Armed or unarmed.
@@FernandoMartinez-pv1id so you want to send the government to take everyone’s guns did you take history? Anyone who does that and believes what you believe isn’t the good guy your way of thinking is modern day hitler Stalin or mao. Also remember even if you do that in the USA guns will still flow in because Mexico is next to us. They are one of the countries known for gun dealing so what do you want to next invade a other country to get your point across. Thank god the second amendment exist
Me and max have more similarities then I can relate to Carmen!! both being the youngest child n having difficulties with reading math and being young in school with a kid bringing a gun to school!!
Angie has a point though, violent games can have that affect of kids being desensitized. Unfortunately in this day and age school shootings are more common. Sad but true.
There were actually fewer shootings then than there are now. They increased over the years with the Rise of Social Media and New Gun Laws. People in California were allowed to have Ar-15s and MP5s at this time with ease. Now it's way harder to do so and California went from bwing the 5th highest mass shooting state to the number 1.
Now I’m confused. Vic really is from Cuba, but he says Cuba like us. But in Girl Meets World, there’s a kid from Cuba and he says it’s pronounced (Cooo-ba). O.o Did Nick just try to make Cuba more understandable, or how the heck do you pronounce Cuba??
Everything Angie just says is really annoying and I would of just completely ignored her😅😅 because I really don’t care what she says when she keeps saying dumb stuff
