@@TheAndersDanilet Never happen. OSHA would demand handrails and safety glass everywhere. ADA would require wheelchair access, and let's not get started on the AFL/CIO getting 25% kickback to ensure the project doesn't meet any unfortunate strikes. Just getting the land lease alone would take an act of Congress and we all know how messed they are.

The Tower of Orthanc set was $200, and that was years ago; this set has over twice as many pieces, is significantly larger in all dimensions, includes nearly double the minifigures, and is part of a more prestigious and adult-oriented line-not to mention you can get a Fell Beast set as a free gift with purchase (before that sold out) with this set, as well. I’d say it’s fairly priced at $460.
