Anduriel- Maiden of Anguish Duriel- Lord of Pain Belial- Lord of Lies Azmodan- Lord of Sin Mephisto- Lord of Hatred Baal- Lord of Destruction Diablo- Lord of Terror
"Diablo was the youngest of the prime evils though i found him the most deadly for his power over terror left him incapable of feeling fear." Deckard kane- diablo 3
The whole game of Diablo 3: "We must gather the souls of the Evils in the Black Soulstone and shatter it to destroy them forever!" The Black Soulstone is shattered: *All Evils are freed again.*
Protagonists *kill all the evils and trap them in a soulstone* Malfael *destroys soulstone and sets all of the evils free* Protagonists *Aw shit, here we go again*
So when heating about Diablo 4 I think the plot is that since all 7 evils were released there's are huge race for power especially now that nobody trusts anyone and now sanctuary is dealing with the fallout
Still don't really get how the Nephilim could just beat the reunited Prime Evil so easily. If they're so god-damn powerful how are they not ruling over Heaven and Hell? They should at least be seen as equals by the Prime Evils the the Archangels.
Honestly if you are going to talk about weak, lets look at the evil side. Give me one time when evil won. The demons in this game are pretty much getting there ass handed to them over and over again. I actually feel bad for them, they are just so easy to beat up.
Wait diablo's prime evil self shouldn't exist anymore cause with the soul stone shattered he shouldn't be able to retain the essence of the other evils. All the evils and malethael should be restored by the hells and the arch respectively right?
It's unclear about how that turned out. Technically Diablo was in Leah when they absorbed the other Evils, so they could all be within Diablo's soul. Or they could have been split up again and stored in the soulstone when Diablo was defeated, and then all released when it broke. I do hope to see the other evils again though.
And now Lilith the daughter of Mephisto Lord of Hatred is back. And she's here to destroy humanity as we speak. Stronger and more destructive than ever.
0:53 pretty much sums up the entirety of human existence after the Fall. Sigh... Fucking bricked souls, how are we supposed to get anything done like that? No wonder the angels want to get rid of us.
Actually (kinda) seroius question. Would anyone play a mmorpg game were despite the "heros" training *(grinding "skills")* and gaining power *(lol xp!)* still got their assets kicked? The big bads amused, because *the mortals laughable thought the had a chance* at "deafeting" them. Now it wouldn't be perma death ofcourse, *(maybe reincarnation, time skiping?? I dunno...)* But a sort of *"biblical apocalypse"* (with some liberties taken of course). The *survivors,* those who were *smart enough not to challenge the great evils* would be the players of the overworld (or underworld??). I'm kinda surprised this hasn't been done before or at least no popular mmorpg I know of. Anyway what do y'all think about this idea? Is it something you'd like to see made? It doesn't even have to be a *Diablo game* just one that makes use of the whole *"collective jedeoChristian mythos'"* (What ever that means! lol!). I just love some "original spines" on the whole *"brimstone Armageddon genre"!* p.s. In this hypothetical scenario The BIG BADS have already cane and conquered but were driven of by ex machine "mysterious guardians of humanity". Though the great evils are gone the workd is rife with emtheir taint and our unseen saviors remain well unseen. Leaving the world full of *incarnated daemons, daemon-kin,* and other horrid "abominations" free to roam unchecked. Things like creatures, landscapes, and even the stars are tainted by madness and corruption.
Act 5 of Diablo 4 is going to be killing the Prime aspect where all aspects of anu have become one again and want to destroy sanctuary. Hmu if this actually happens.
Lore became trash to me when they decided to give Diablo pretty much the former power of Tathamet and still lost to some random Nephalem, I mean I get that they have the potential to become more powerful than angels and demons but if they are still able to defeat the most powerful possible combination of evils+a renegade angel that absorbed his power it just stops making any sense. You might as well combine every single demon and angel into a powerful evil being and have that creature be defeated again by random Nephalem.
A Nephalem is the closest to Anu's original power (demon+angel). demon = angel > Tathamet (prime evil) = Anu (prime good) > Nephalem (good+evil but weakest and mortal) > Anu (immortal prime good+evil)
@@hdrxfk Which in turns makes any threat that is not another Nephalem pretty much irrelevant so that really really sucks, Adria went through a lot of trouble to help Diablo to merge with the other Prime evils so that some random guys could destroy it just by marching forward and killing anything on its path, pretty lame.
@@zyos11 Because the worldstone was destroyed and Nephalem recovered their original power which is more powerful than prime evil. That's why Tyrael said let's hope no Nephalem choose the chaos. To be honest I don't like the face they are like semi-gods now. Nephalem probably going to be nerf again, besides the fact they are mortal while demons and angels are immortal. That's why I liked the story of D1, because the heroes initially win but end up losing (which is more close to reality and our history).
@@zyos11 Lilith is going back in D4 but she is weaker than a Nephalem. Is she going to birth a new kind of more powerful evil Nephalem? maybe sex with Imperius lol xd. Or Blizzard is just going to nerf Nephalem like D1, that way Lilith can be a big threat.
Same way. You see, Heaven and Hell were created from the corpses of the two great beings Anu and Tathamet. Anu died and their spine because the Crystal Arch, where Angels are born. Tathamet's corpse became the Burning Hells, his seven heads because the Evils, and all demons are reborn from his smoldering corpse. If there is a similar structure like the Crystal Arch in Hell, we haven't seen it yet.
Also, I'd like to add that the only difference is that angels are reborn as different beings of the same aspect. Demons on the other hand respawn as themselves as if they have never died in the first place.
