Here is the audio of one of the greatest sermons I have ever heard. While Jesus and his disciples undoubtedly preached the greatest of sermons recorded in scripture, this is a modern day classic that I trust will pierce the hearts and souls of those who are lost as well as encourage the most seasoned christian in our daily walk with Christ Jesus. I have posted a "Sermon Jam" version with music score:

But I wanted to post this no frills message without music to allow the message to stand on its own. I was at Marine Corps Recruit Depot, San Diego on the day of this sermon 🙌 🙏 as a 19 year old guest of Uncle Sam. It is wonderful that this great man of God was nearby, and if i had known of him i would have suggested to my drill instructors that they should attend. I am 60½ years of age now and am blessed to have heard him.

@PeteAranda-sy4ml Semper Fi Marine. After aviation fundamentals at N.A.S. Millington, TN. I was stationed at MCAS TUSTIN, CA. I am blessed to hear from another who listened to this sermon. No amphibious landing on the shores of the coming kingdom required. I'll see you there one day in the presence of the one who is truly always faithful.

I went to Northside Christian Academy,in Charlotte N.C.,and our school was held in the same facilities of Northside Baptist Church,pastored by Dr. W Jack Hudson.During that time,they held the Southside Baptist Fellowship meetings there,and we would go down to the sanctuary everyday and heard a sermon by some of the greatest preachers of the time.I was lucky enough to hear Dr.Lockridge a couple of times,and meet him,and had him sign my Bible.I wish I could have heard him more,he is one of the greatest preachers I have ever heard.

Yes, S.M. lockridge certainly is a wonderful man of Jesus Christ of Nazareth. So lucky for you to hear a sermon from him in person. I've been to Northside before , too bad I missed his sermons there. Lord Jesus Christ of Nazareth bless you. John3:16.

My family was fortunate enough to attend Dr.Lockridges Church in San Diego California on a Easter Sunday back in the late eighties. Song leader's name was Joseph Slade as my 74 year old brain recalls. Dr. Lockridge actually invited my My father in law, RIP George W. Reesor to speak to his congregation. I'm sure that was as close to Heaven as I will ever get on this side. Dr. Lockridge and his Godly wife had dinner with my brother in law and my family soon after that Easter in Knoxville, TN. Where he was pastering then. Allow these wonderful Godly alliances began at The Southwide Baptist Fellowship that was held that year at the Home Church of Dr. Lee Roberson , Highland Park Baptist Church in Chattanooga, TN.

@@MaktMakt yes , Kobe Bryant loved the Lord Jesus Christ of Nazareth and would go to church with his family and would go mostly by himself during the week. No one saw more sick children with the make a wish organization than Kobe Bryant did. He saw hundreds of sick children and adults in hospitals and worked behind the scenes for the homeless. Check out kobe Bryant meeting Salvador with make a wish organization. Lord Jesus Christ of Nazareth bless you and all of us always and forever. John3:16. Revelation 21:4. S.m.lockridge.

Bless you for uploading this! I love hearing the original audio. My Lord. How mightily He used this man. This sermon put a jump in my bones, leap in my spirit & a weeping unto my soul. My whole being responded to the worship of the Master in this message. The Holy Spirit was truly on the move. Glory, Glory HalleluYah to the King of kings, Lord of lords & Maker of it all.
