I didn't know the lxal invented the first air ships & that they were made as bio warriors for the Allagan empire. My though about garuda is that while she's most likely the cruelest of the primals I think she's only the most powerful primal out of the current era primals.
What's crazy to think is that their creation was more than likely inspired by Amon's memories of Meteion, just as his creation of Azys Lla was by Elpis
