There is a quest mod for Fallout 3, that sees you visit Moscow, it's not official but I really enjoyed going to Russia and experiencing the culture in the Fallout universe.

Not one of the Fallout games even looks at anywhere else but America., It says a lot that modders are able to make a HUGE dlc that doesnt treat the US as the centre of the world. Bethesda talks of a "world war" and all we EVER see is....'Murica.

I like to think that basically everywhere that isn’t America China Russia and Western Europe is just business as usual. Like Australia heard the news and went “huh, damn” and have just collectively decided to not go to these places post-war. Because America especially California and south west there would be tons of South Americans taking land where they could, same with the north and Canada (unless Canada was just nuked too due to it being annexed by America)

Well guessing a large island based economy would be first to split from any mainland pacts isn’t too tough. At face value it’s impressive but all things considered it’s obvious that the U.K. would always be in a place to leave. After all it’s a whole United Kingdom with its own commonwealth.

Indeed in the lore the kingdom (one sovereign country Mande of nations) stayed United during the resource wars. It was even a Scottish king who crated the union. All the countries had to face Napoleon, their sons and father died as British soldiers first. Then on Scottish people became extremely important in the process of building Britain into the biggest empire with famous Scots such James Watt or David Brewster. The idea of being British was at an all time high between these nations, Scots were very influential in Victorian Britain and had very many notable people. Going into the First and Second World Wars, Scotland profited quote well from these experiences especially in the naval sphere where their massive shipyards outdid the ones of Portsmouth and Plymouth. During the empire the Scot’s and welsh were taxed less than the English and this persists to this day. England has always spent outwardly more than it has inwardly throughout its whole existence as a union. Indeed even America’s revolution was caused by America wanting representation in U.K. Parliament because Britain dropped the tax on tea and undercut their black market. New England had the highest wealth per capita on earth. The 13 colonies combined however made less money than Jamaica alone. Canada later requested local government rather than representation in U.K. Parliament and it was granted after and inquiry. To this day both Scotland and wales have their own parliaments and receive free education and payment into their health services as part of the NHS body. P.s my argument was than the U.K. is a large governing body of itself, I was not speaking for unity in all matters but more so that it’s a large enough political and economic power to successfully be first to split from the fictional European commonwealth.

@@youngcracker9517 Realistically, some of them probably would go to Canada, but my issue is that Bethesda is more focused on re-using factions likes the Brotherhood instead of creating new ones that would better fit the area or setting. At this point i want a Fallout game with no BoS, mutants, or Enclave. I want new factions that are entirely original.

I blame Todd and Bethesda. From what I've read Tim Cain, one of the creator of the original Fallout stated, there's was too much recycled story elements from it's sequels. Just think, if Bethesda had the balls to actually be more creative with the Fallout lore worldwide, we would have many Fallout sequels from around the world by now. I also don't like when people say that Fallout lore should only stay in America and it would be boring game settings if it takes place outside of the USA. Lol.
