The true highlight for me in the singularity would be Asterios. Remember what Drake said in the Babylonia anime episode zero about bad people sometimes doing good things and good people doing bad stuff? We see that in Okeanos with Asterios and Jason respectively. One was a terrible monster that was fated to be slain by a hero while the other was a great hero in legend. Yet, we see Asterios sacrificing his life for others while Jason and his minions played the role of the villain instead. It was a good example of dual nature of human beings that Mash was able to learn and it played a role in her growth as a person and a hero for all of humanity. Not gonna lie, Asterios is the reason I don't hate Higashide for his poor writing in Apocrypha. After playing his interlude, I am convinced fluff boi deserves to be called a hero because he has the heart of one. Now he's grailed to 80 in FGO for the gold borders. Totally worth it. Can't wait for your Asterios video.

"The second singularity, Septum, where everybody loves Nero." That chapter gets a lot of crap for that, but as someone who has played Fate/EXTRA games, she legitimately is just a freaking boss deserving of praise & adoration. They just laid it on a little too thick.

Yeah, she can definitely be memorable if she’s given a chance to show off, but IDK how much she gets to do that in Septem, so the constant shilling gets tedious, especially when it comes from characters who really should not be giving Nero the time of day, particularly poor Boudica, and at the expense of other characterization.

For me, Okeanos was the singularity where i realized i couldn't just breeze through with my two very under leveled five stars (Waver and Mordred) along with friend servants. And from that moment actually began to farm and make use of all the other servants i had at that point.

Somehow during the Solomon event in the game, I saw the similarities between Fate Grand Order and Fate Apocrypha stories, there are people in both stories like Amakusa Shirou and Goetia who dreams are beyond peoples' expectation and they took a long time to make them a reality and there are people like Jeanne, Sieg, Mash, True Solomon/Dr. Romani, and Ritsuka Fujimaru who disagrees with their ideas who try to stop them from accomplishing their goals.

A bit of fun trivia: Jason's Patron Deity was Hera, Goddess of Marriage and Family. This means that his infidelity and treatment of Madea and their two children was in direct contradiction to his Patron's Realm, damning him as an Oathbreaker in the eyes of the Gods.

Kinda feel bad how Jason got screwed in the Fate lore. In his actual myth, Jason tamed fire-breathing, metal bulls, albeit with the help of Medea. Originally, Medea killed her and Jason’s children, which prompts Jason to leave her.

The funny thing is... I didnt know the pair I used during this singularity was considered *The Meme Team* , I was using Siegfried(my only gold servant at the time) and saint George with mash, at the time I just figured "okay cool, these two are any dragon summons, and thier np deal pretty good damage when George marks someone first and Seigfried aoe's.

I usually don't make a fuss about spoilers [plus I have already caught up with the game], but I feel you should put up some major spoiler warnings up front. Since your not just talking about Okeanos but basically the big reveals and info that happen at the end of the first major portion of this game in the first 5 mins of this video. I know ppl will say its been over for a bit blah blah. But with the anime coming out, people might search out FGO content and might think about picking it up. To those people this video could ruin their enjoyment and surprise a bit.

I notice that Jason's motivation isn't mentioned in this video, given your obvious disdain for him, I'm guessing you did this in order to make him look worse? Also, do you have a source for Jason encouraging Medea to kill her brother? Fateverse mythology or real mythology are both fine.

Well I was going off Medea’s flashback from Fate Hollow Ataraxia. It’s possible it was biased to her point of view. Jason is treated as a bit of a punching bag in FGO.

@@otakudaikun Orion went from being someone that was originally completely uninterested in romance to an idiot that flirts with any girl that catches his fancy. Artemis went from someone who was rightfully uninterested in romance to a Maiden that dreams about having their first time taken by the boy they're in love with. Whenever they appear on screen I feel so annoyed. Sorry if I'm coming off as melodramatic or overly rude. I'm autistic so these details are everything to me.
