Possibly, though it would imply the Throne itself has the power over the portals rather than the Palace or something else entirely, and I don't know if that's something anybody will commit to being true.

+bisnap Perhaps the thrones final form is the proto-mutant gone mad, and was contained in the regular throne, atop which someone made it to but was killed by the IDPD, or perhaps that's the Proto-mutant's skeleton, after he/she/it ascended to a form of pure radiation?

Well most of the IDPD have abilities that mimic the characters, examples are obviously the rolling, but also telekinesis drawing the player closer and a shield to block/reflect your attacks, taken from eyes and crystal respectively. So in reality I think the developers just gave some of the IDPD the ability to roll because fish can.

+bisnap I have to know though, is it possible that the Captain is directly related to the Throne because the amount of similarities is ridiculous, I mean there so similar to the point where the song for when you fight the Captain has a distorted part of the Throne music, not to mention the icon on his head, the way HE uses radiation to create a powerful suit and how even the way you need to start the fight is the same, you must shoot first and then reason he probably does it is he has so much power that YOU shouldn't stand a chance, and on a similar topic the Captain has to be a mutant that started the IDPD a long time ago, building up there strength and eventually claiming his Throne which is his front desk and the mutants truly wanted to change the world and the Captain is first mutant (might be the proto mutant) but he wants to keep control to better the world then becoming corrupt and isn't willing to share. so when he dies it will be the end of your journey and the whole thing starts again, where you become the captain and the Proto mutant was you all along and that probably will be THE END because you could save the world or continue to cause genocide endlessly the reason loop happens is that you have unleased power on the world, basically radiating the world even more so then before because you restarted the Throne which caused the original apocalypse, and the IDPD created the Throne and this "side effect" obviously was terrible which the caused the Captain to rebuild it to be Better, more mobile, and more deadlyBTW sorry this being so long and the ideas aren't organized but I wanted my ideas out there. +Travis Montgomery I also believe Captain is the proto mutant. It can make a lot of sense when you think about it. The only problem I can think of is "who's the skeleton on the throne then?". Any ideas?
