Sierra Jordan I feel the same, I feel I'd have been right at home in the 80s I only vaguely remember the late 80s, if only I knew a crazy wild eyed scientist with a time machine
The 80's man - What a decade to be a teenager! Such a wide variety of cutting edge music, and artists that didnt care about being different. I know every generation says that about the decade that they came of age, but lets be honest...........They are are all wrong! The 80's was THE SUPER DUPER FRESHEST SHIT!! We had the Walkman, and the boombox, VHS, Breakdancing, Rubiks Cube, MTV, John Hughes movies, BMX, and tons of great films....I rest my case!
Trying to find an old friend of mine with same name as u. Hes from coventry.his mum called sue. Used to av a blue sierra. Dont suppose its u. - rachel x
Julián García Ferrer this is how they work, vamps live forever. They are depicted with dark elegance and a bit of justified vengeance, and animalistic lust. Those ones live on forever and ever. The sparkly ones... they fade away into dust in the sunlight.
Yes! Graduated in 1989! Nothing like the 80's & never will be, Sadly. Feel really bad for children who are growing up now. Shoot, the 70's weren't too shabby either!
One of my favourite films when i was 13 so funny and not even that scary I love the bit where sam and his grandad are in the garage and they start the car up "lets go to town" " I thought we were going to town" "Thats as close to town as i like to get" BRILLIANT.
R.I.P Joell Schumacher I have grown up on your movies and I'm so thankful especially for The Lost Boys. You live on in our hearts through your movies, thank you
+The Doctor - apparently, the lead singer is called David Banks - googled him, but couldn't find anything. even more convinced the more i listen to this song that it's David Bowie! :)
Reminds me of when I was 18 yrs old, sitting in my car listening to this song. Waiting and waiting for a girl I had an appointment with, that never showed up. 24 years passed already...
I played this tape to death...yes tape!! ....untill I had to buy a new one for my solar powered Walkman...good job you could still use batteries as UK isn't known for its sunshine ..happy days
I was born in 85 but luckily I had older brothers who was always watching 80’s films and playing the soundtracks so it’s what I was brought up on and the 80’s was amazing but the lost boys was one of the best especially with the music
I remember the first time I heard this song I was hooked up on one song and I would sing along to it and cry little sister and all songs one best soundtrack 80 's and sadly I was born at end end of 80 's in 1989 but I still love film I am sure I am not only one wish they films like this but crap there is now and love old classic like the lost boys forever😄
I miss the 80s so much ,videos and Nintendo WWF great times man and this film WOW so important to my upbringing!!!! Shout out to all the 80s kids !!!!!
+Luke Rowbotham This is what i always called the hidden gem of the track list, probably my favourite to, such a competitive list though with all the other tracks :)
+Luke Rowbotham My favorite song on the albums also, though "Cry Little Sister" and "Lost in the Shadows" were the only ones I listened to years ago when first discovering the album. Rediscovery can be a great thing.
Lucky you to of watched this Classic movie in the theater! Some of the BEST movies came out in the 1980's. Too many as a matter of fact, to list them here. Feel so fortunate & happy to of been a part of the 80's.
Google Lost In The Shadows - The Story Of The Lost Boys. FINALLY, after 30 years, we are getting a book to celebrate the GREATEST cult movie of all time!
I finally bought myself a copy because back when it first came out, I was a teenager and didn't have a job. I'm so psyched!! I've been lowkey obsessed with this movie since my mom introduced me to it when I was around 14.
THE BEST!! Imagine jamming this on a super-sound system, crystal clear sound and powerful, nothing like it-80's and 90's, just do not have movies and music like that anymore.
I liked this movie a lot as a kid. The though that some twisted Hollywood perverts makes me want to do some things to some bad people that as a father I would reserve for the abusers of my own children. I wont feel bad. RIP Corey Haim.
It WAS. Just didn't realize it at the time, sadly. Grew up in the 70's & 80's, YEEES! Carefree & still innocent. People were less spun & kids were left alone to be kids. Not as hectic & stressful as it now seems to be. Ahh the 80's.
The Lost Boys was the first "15" movie I ever saw at the pictures when I was 13 (but don't tell anyone, lol). Brilliant soundtrack...…..one of the best from the 80's.
This song move's me. The lost Boys rock it old school. Whats this Twilight I keep hearing about. Sounds abit girly to me. Give me Lost Boys, Near Dark. Fright Night and Salems Lot anyday of the week. Kiefer rules. 24 is Awsome. I've still got my original Lost Boys LP. I bought back in the 80's. Yeah Baby.
