The Lost iRobot! New S9+ starts up but goes into a corner like it's lost. What we did wrong! 

After my daughter set up her iRobot S9+, it started up and just went into a corner of a room like it was lost. She brought it to my house and I test it out to see if something is wrong with it or it is a "user" error. After calling customer service with iRobot, I find out what we did wrong and get it to map and vacuum with no problem!! ‪@momsmachines5476‬
