Made up sheff utd are coming back to the prem, just wish Wednesday were in it too. The sort of class loud, atmospheric passionate, northern fans we need...replacing shite like Southampton, Bournemouth, Brighton, Brentford, Fulham😂. Looking like we're losing one of them but probably at the expense of other class sets of northern fans like everton and forest (ik Everton are Scouse bastards and much prefer the Lancashire/Yorkshire sets of fans but have them any day over the southern shite). Great to see Burnley are back up too, and clubs like Leeds made it back few years ago, but still too many big club, good-fanbase clubs lower down the divisions, and small, shit-fanbase clubs in here. Don't get me wrong there's working class southern fans that have some great atmospheres that I'd love up here in millwall and the Bristol clubs. And some great fans from the midlands that'd be good up here in West brom, Birmingham, derby who like wolves, forest, villa, are very passionate. But Sheffield clubs are up there with the best in the country with Newcastle, Sunderland, Leeds and (on our day), us (man utd).
Go. When Wednesday fans are in full voice there's nothing comes close. I went a couple of time with Blackburn Rovers -the last time being the semi final of the league cup in 2002. Rovers had all the Leppings Lane and we were winning and making a lot of noise, then out of the blue, three sides of Hillsborough stood up as one and bellowed "WEDNESDAY!" for about 30 seconds. It was awesome, hairs on the back of your neck stuff. Frightening, really.

I live in Leicester now, my husband supports Leicester City. I am female btw. Was privileged to watch the playoffs final at my local pub. Many thanks to the landlord and the locals for understanding my meltdown at the finish. Leicester and Wednesday in the same division now, will be very interesting!!
See this is footage from last year. Now we have coverage from the Miracle of Hillsborough v Peterborough and the final v Barnsley. Would love to have been there but not possible. Imagine the wall of sound and the force of emotionthat the current generation of Wednesday fans can and have produced. I am of the age group of fans who were "One of the Few". We were looking at the possibility that Wednesday would go out of business and cease to exist at a time the B****s prospered. I for one, determined I wasn't going to lose faith hung on in there. Yes. one of the few, got loads of stick in my secondary school years. In a school of 1500 kids, 3 of us stood up for Wednesday, even my best friend defected. Being Wednesday is a calling. Has been tough, really enjoyed this past season, hoping for good things to come
I think you'll find that Wednesday have been singing it year's and I've noticed that villa have Started singing it now??? I'm surprised derby don't sing it cos they copy every other song that Wednesday sing!!!!
