The late 60s was actually a really good time for car movies. Bullitt and The Italian Job came out around the same time as this and both are famous for their big chase scenes.
@@vontavius01 Dean Jones said the love bug out earned both those movies at the box office, 53 years old man, sadly only the actress who played Carol is still with us.
Basing this off just my know ledge but it would go through the fuel system and engine ok it will just wear the engine out the alcohol will be fine but I was always thinking about the creams effect to the cylinder, either way it won't be that spectacular
Anyone wonder what pouring multiple cups of Irish coffee into the fuel tank of a car would do to the engine in real life? I'd love to know so if anyone knows please reply.
@@josephinksstudionstuff3415 Very young kids usually have some really weird fears about certain scenes in movies. Some even had phobias. Don't judge me but when i was around 4-7 years old i was scared of Luxo Jr (the lamp in the Pixar logo). Don't ask me why because i don't know either
@@aidanbarnes4290 no not really. I used to play the empire strikes back game for Super Nentendo as a kid. The game over screen with Yoda used to scare me.
This is why I don't drink Irish Coffee 😂 When I saw this scene!! I was like "Herbie! U nasty 4 wheeled little drunkmobile"! *face palms* I hate to say it, but that was DEFINITELY Herbie's grossest moment 😖🤣 cause he had really bad "gas" #dontdrinkanddrive
According to Fifth Gear, in the short term dirty fuel causes misfiring and a loss of performance. In the long run, it can block the fuel lines and ruin the fuel pump. Thorndyke knows that even though he’s powerful, that Herbie’s really not a flex fuel.
Golden Retriever not exactly. A lot of the mid to late 2000's and current model cars and trucks run on e85 ethanol fuel. A truck I was looking at a couple of years ago was compatible to use e85 ethanol. Monster trucks run on nitro methane fuel
