People have to understand that the Hmong have been historically poor people and therefor have lived in the poorer communities along with blacks. They have been victimized by the black community so it's just natural to have a bias against them. When the crimes against you is 90% black it doesn't make your heart feel warm and fuzzy. It's the same as a black persons viewpoint against white. That's just how it is and won't change until that changes.
