I have zero interest in makeup (dude). But I love every second of every Pinup video. I am completely entertained by watching and listening to You do makeup, hair, costumes, characters, voices, creative arts, locations, etc. etc. As usual, you create so much fun and laughter. Or maybe Catherine Zeta Jones from the Netflix series, Wednesday, and mentioning differences in her makeup vs Angelica Huston in the movies? Btw, "Bell Book and Candle" is a fun 60s witch movie.

Another fun thing I noticed is during the end where ... *spoiler* puts on Elaine's makeup and lingerie, you can spot some Milani lipstick and Eco Tools brushes on the vanity. ♡

I just realized the Love Witch was released in 2016 when I was 15 years old and I was there for the theatre release with my first boyfriend! And it was on Halloween Night! This was back when I was 15 and I was into musical theatre, hippie/flowerchild, alternative, and witchy aesthetics HARD😆 and btw I've been apart of a witch community since I was 15. Nostolgia is something I just realize was in my entire life👁
@@pinuppalmer No, but I did have an ex banishing spell. Not harmful, just a nice way to no longer see exes anymore😎 It's basically a candle ritual and biding farewell to unwanted relationships. Plus you can add any favorite drinks or snacks. And a Lot of jewelry because we witches love shiny things Lol😄
Yes! But I will say they did make everything look better in the movie. Arcata was looking a bit seedy when I went down last year. But the house and the plaza are easy to find.
I love this!! My first time watching The Love Witch was last Halloween. When I saw the movie poster I had to do a double take. It looked like it was from the 60s or early 70s but showed 2016 as its release date. They shot the movie on 35 mm film to give it the aesthetic and vibrate look of the 60s. Very smart! I love Elaine’s purple eyeshadow look because it’s subtle and more casual. I might recreate that look for my Halloween boudoir shoot.
