Jerry's opening bit is spot-on; the shower really is a soothing sanctuary, separate from the misery of life. The only other comparable comfort is sleep in a nice, cozy bed.
I don't get it why they didn't let him get hit by it instead, that way it would look more realistic. But as it is in the video, not one of those water beams are touching him and he's pretending it's hitting him with so much force he can't stand up/turn it off/whatever.
Underrated? Underrated by who, by you?? Who's underrating it, the 90's and beloved and highly rated, no idea why so many people upvoted your incredibly ignorant comment.
Missing the part where Newman asks Elaine to leave Jerry's apartment because they need to discuss tenant business, then he ushers her out the door with a couple of dollars and says: "Look, sister, go get yourself a cup of coffee or something. Beat it." 🤣🤣🤣
I saw all of the episodes first run, every Thursday at 8pm, and the reruns make me laugh just as much as I did then. Every Friday at work, we relived the episode. If only we had the internet back then. 😂
The trick is to look for a shower head that's designed to work with low pressure. If they dont sell them in your area look online from Southeast Asia region. No restrictors, and when you use it with normal water pressure you get yourself a Commando 450😂
What makes this funnier to me is that I know someone who bought a low-flow shower head but she wanted a high-flow one, so she just opened it up and plucked out a little piece to convert it instead of going to all the trouble of dealing with matted hair and finding black market contacts. What makes this funnier using a different definition of the word "funny" is that my cousin was telling me about this episode exactly a week ago when showing me his new shower head. How did RU-vid know to recommend this video to me? I've never even looked for Seinfeld clips before.
Facebook and Instagram got caught red handed listening to people's conversations and reading their texts. Wouldn't be surprised if other corporations have joined in the (very lucrative) fun.
@@J.A.Z-TheMortal They weren't "caught red-handed", they've been doing it all along and not hiding it. It's all in the terms and conditions we didn't read.
The unnecessary urgency from Kramer always gets me. "Where you going?" "WELL I GOTTA FIND ANOTHER SHOWER!!" That and the "not from the footage i've seen.."
Helpful hint. When buying a showerhead, there is a plastic insert you can pull out to increase the pressure. They warn you with a 'wink, wink, nudge, nudge' sticker.
I like how they think they have to go the “black market van” --even though all types of shower heads are plentiful and sold at any hardware or plumbing store- even the Commando 450. 😊
I understand it would ruin the premise of the show, but it just takes a few twists and a screwdriver to remove the flow restrictor😆 I’m not handy at all and it took me less than a minute
parents were not strict about much, but shower time was one of them. now i shower til the hot water run's out at all time's year round fish look at me like im ready to releaee them like Free Willy
They tried to do this at my apt, and I threw an absolute tantrum. I begged the manager and pleaded with her, reiterating that I've been a tenant there longer than anyone else, and I have extremely thick, long hair. She didn't install them after all and let me keep my painful, elephant showerhead! I'm like Kramer in the shower!
Sorry, it's really hard to keep everything in with copyright and everything. As a fan-made channel, it's really hard to keep within RU-vid's limits without being blocked. If you want to watch the full thing, you have to watch it officially.
Imagine being such a one dimensional person that everything has to be about politics. You sound like a tedious boor to even pass in traffic, let alone speak to.
Hahaha I was just gunna say this may be the episode that triggered DJT about low flow showers, sinks and wind mills. May also explain his Jerry/Kramer/Newman flat hair
Newman: "From what I hear, the Serbs are fanatic about their showers." Jerry: "Not from the footage I've seen." So true. Up until a couple of decades ago, Europeans and especially people from the Balkans were anything but fanatical about their daily showers. Weekly was more like it.
@@Mile2357 Hey, thanks for telling me. I was born and raised in Sarajevo, so the context was as familiar to me as it is to you. However, the point I was making was that Europeans and people from the Balkans (war or no war) have never been in the habit of taking daily showers as Americans are.
