I have these down moments quite often so I totally understand. Mine can last longer though. Best not to fight those down moments and as you say you reenergise
morts top RU-vid. sooner than later u have 1 million subscribers. Great videos keep them coming. when your back in the UK come to the Isle of Wight , bring your car. I make sure I buy you a beer. ps do u have an Instagram account?
I beg to differ Mort, you have gone through a divorce, had to give up your cats and the passing of your father are pretty traumatic things. I could listen to you talk for hours very soothing 👍
You’re so correct about how the blues will pass and it could be so much worse. Makes the good times that much better. I appreciate your honesty and sharing your life with us and not just putting on a happy face for the camera. Thanks!! 👍👍👍👊😎
Well I thought it was a good video. Every day can't be amazing, then we wouldn't have any thing to look forward to... Safe travels 🙏 Hopefully you will feel better soon 🤔 Thanks for taking us along 😀
Love your ethos. As a trail runner I know that I can give in to the pain which occasionally arises, however pushing through and coming out the other side is a constant reminder how we can control so much through our thoughts. You inspire me to fast again. Sitting in your home county btw…Oxted Surrey. We’ve had the most gorgeous warm and sunny days, certainly more sunshine than you 😊.
I have been a roommate with a stranger initially - it’s been 5 years now . I’m just now moving into my own place . It was damage - male ratio . It worked without any bothering if each other’s space & just always being respectful of others sleep & personal time

Solo travel does get you down at times, after Korea why not visit Thailand, now that's a truly amazing country and as a solo traveller you're very seldom alone for long
I would definitely reflect all of this on a ABNB rating! People need to know this when renting this place. Sorry it was not at all what you expected or wanted.
I've done all the fasting/self-discipline stuff. It legit made me emotionally numb. Not happy, not sad, just numb to the world. Now my mood is up and down like it was before I did the self-discipline stuff, but I'd honestly rather this than being in a state of emotional paralysis. At least I can feel something again now. I know it goes against all the self-help stuff (a lot of which is bollocks imo), but a bit of hedonism every now and then doesn't do you any harm and idgaf if people disagree. I've done all the stoic, puritanical sh!t and it didn't help me one bit.
I liked the back ground music when you were showing the clouds through the window. It’s the honesty that makes your videos interesting and real. Thank you for posting :) Btw is it possible you can tell me where I can find that music?
I think this was made a little while ago so hopefully you are now out of your valley of dark dispair and walking into sunny uplands? I find your videos seem authentic, which is refreshing with all the egos and showing off people do here and on fb. I fast if I need a boost, it's brilliant for rejuvenation, I find it hard to fast after eating carbs, and the hunger goes away after day 3, day 2 and 3 are the most challenging so you've not made it easy for yourself. When the body switches to using it's reserves, it feels wonderful. I like to fast for a week, should do it every month, but can't if there's nice stuff in the fridge. 😔🙂 Take care please, look forward to hearing how you are in your next vid.
I understand sir, but if I had the chance just to be with you, care for you, etc., I would do anything to experience the world with you! what an honor!
that's why i never book anything like that, i'd find it way too awkard if it didn't go well. i'd just be in the tent 24/7 man. get yourself one with a little head room and you are sorted
