As someone who played rivals, i understand how close that situation was

On one hand, you have a supercar loaded with James Bond countermeasures, a suspension that can survive leaving the asphalt, and a monobody built out of vibranium so it can withstand a head-on collision at over 200mph. On the other hand, the police dispatcher is apparently precognitive and can tell the cops which road you just turned on even though nothing and no one is anywhere near you.

This reminds me of something I did a few days ago... Super series hot pursuit, on Mission Beach, me in a police 959, the last racer in a Gallardo Superleggera. I'm down to my final weapon, an EMP, and I'm the only cop for a half mile around. We get to the straight with the little side road just past the gas station. The racer is ahead of me, and I launch the EMP. I'm directly behind the racer, so I don't see the traffic car that he swerves around, and I end up hitting it. Fortunately, the hit was a glancing blow, so it wasn't hard enough to trigger the crash screen. I'm going very slow now, and the Gallardo is already drifting around the corner. The EMP is about to cancel, so I summon the last bit of nitrous I have, flick the car as hard as I can into the corner, and end up sniping the Gallardo, busting the racer and winning the match for the cops.

I played this last night at 1am just trying to get a few games on but i kept having so much fun and stayed up till 5am playing this gamemode its so much fun when both teams know what they're doing

Truly, Lady Luck smiled upon Zombie that day.

Now that is what I call lucky. Jesus the ending was the most intense I’ve seen in my life! You hit a traffic vehicle and put your health to almost insignificant health. And then an EMP was targeting you. Now to Gods mercy you hit him with a spike strip at that timing..... You had the power of God and Anime on your side 😂😂😂

I play the game with keyboard with old fashioned arrow keys and WASD as weapon panel so I don't have controller issues. Though the HP Omen laptop sometimes decides to cut one key button off. So I have to tap to the key occasionally to keep it registered.

He actually used the spike as a last act and manages to make it work damn i couldn't even think of that.

Everytime I played this game online back on PS3, Online players were such monsters that they didn’t give me more than 2 seconds to recover after spawning; talk about serious savagery!! Not to mention that every-time I hosted a server, it kept auto-kicking players off for no reason
