Best to recover first before recording, but I was exaggerating a bit by kinda implying that he defied all odds and survived a minor illness which has probably already worn off.

Video idea: Eden run with a schoolbag, d8, dataminer at the start(have to use dataminer as soon as you can, d8 as soon as you want) Every card/pill/rune etc. is experimental pill/horse pill, and every item is experimental treatment. Item idea: turns all damage ups into damage multipliers equal to 25% of the damage you would have gained. Example: a 1.0 damage up becomes a 1.25x multiplier If you get it early it may not be great, but if you have already increased your base damage, then it would scale really well.

Say 71 of asking Mattman to remember potato peeler if he has too many red hearts. I'm still suggesting tarnished Maggie and potato peeler, but I always find myself with too many red hearts when I go angel rooms. Potato peeler is a triple whammy at fixing that with slight damage ups, meat boy, and giving me polaroid/negative procs.

Here's a Binding of Isaac mod idea: not an item, but instead some sort of like... if you kill the lamb, it spawns like, a big crystal which looks like a big soul of apollyon. The crystal has a ton of health and regenerates it really fast, but if you successfully destroy it, it spawns a Delirium portal. This would let runs which break the game on the chest also have the fun of steamrolling Delirium.
