I started riding at 1 p.m. on this day, and the weather forecast said it was under 90 degrees, but there was not many shade and no wind, so the temperature felt like it was over 100 degrees. It was a really hard ride, but I was really careful about dehydration. We should never ride at this time during the So. Cal. summer season. Safety always comes first.
