Thanks for taking the time to comment Mark and Simon. I'm glad you enjoyed it. We go even higher next year and I hope to summit Tahtali which is just off route. It's a truly great trail.
Great video thanks 👍. We walked from Kas to Demre this June and planning on walking some more early October. Will try camping this time as we past some amazing spots.
Hi Maria. I do hope that you enjoyed it as much as we did. We can't return until next May but when we do we will finish the walk. It's been a great journey. Thanks for taking the time to comment!
You have some great walking adventures mate. Your presentation always keeps it interesting & informative. The walk looked to be a toughie on the feet with lots of rocky ground - is that due to past earthquakes etc? Did you manage to source any water on the stretch your were concerned abt? Audio was good and no probs with the sound after your mic packed in. I was using google maps when you were naming the villages and route you were taking - would be nice to see you maybe put the name of the village/location top right of the videos just to give a little on the spot info, just a thought? Nice one. atb Al
Thanks Alan. Pleased the audio wasn't too badly affected. I ramped up the levels on the section when I knew it had gone. No earthquake damage. This is how the trail is. It's a shoe eater although mine are OK but Gill's have taken a bashing as mine did last year. All noted re the village names. I'll remember to do that next year. Yes, we managed to find water in a few of the wells so we were OK despite me carrying 6 litres at one point. Thanks as ever for taking the time to comment.
Hello. We never booked anything. We just turned up and found that each place had a vacancy for us. We had our tent so if a Pansiyon was full then we could always camp. We're returning very soon to finish off the trail. Many thanks for taking the time to comment.
